The gameplay will revolve around light-RPG style questing, which you do to increase your standing among pirates, and real time casual naval battles. You will have to manage your Stronghold, which adds a kind of Sim City layer to the game. There will also be land-lubber Diablo-style combat amongst the coastal towns.
